I adore DeNami's cat-themed petit fours, and seeing as I needed to make a thank-you card for our friends who catsit for us, I decided to use my cat stamps for my monochromatic card. I chose my colors based on my cats. Doogie is gray-and-white, and Ninja is black. Perfect!
I even chose to stamp on the ribbon. Works for me!

So along with everyone else, it seems, I love that you stamped the ribbon! Your metals work perfectly with the black/grey/white, too, something you probably can't do with other mono schemes.

OMG! - my husband wanted me to call my blog "My Stamping Empire - these are not the cards you are looking for..." as a Star Wars reference (I went with Canines and Card Designs instead, much to his dismay). Cute card. I like the kitties and the shiny nailheads.
