That's just some of my books/magazines! I have two five-foot shelves filled with nothing but back issues of Martha Stewart Living. It's a sickness.
So, I've decided that for some accountability, I'll mention that I intend to use my stuff and actually make things before the year is over. Just a few of the things I've bought and have either not used or barely used:
Okay, so most of the punches in the last photo were actually given to me by a very sweet friend, and I do use them... but not enough. I didn't even show you the drawers full of pretty papers that need to be used. I could probably never buy paper again, and still have enough to make thousands of cards or whatever else.
I think what holds me back is a fear of failure. I'm the sort of perfectionist who would rather not try than potentially fail at something or not have it turn out just right. I need to get over that. So now you know. And because I've now made my intentions public (even if my blog is barely read anymore), I'll have to be accountable to actually making things.

Oh my gosh, I could have written this post.
Anne Marie,
Thanks for being honest. I am never lacking for inspiration, either. In my case, I rarely make the time to do crafty stuff because I feel like other tasks/projects are more necessary or important. That's usually accurate, but I need to be more intentional about carving out time to do fun crafty stuff!
Well, I still read! And I have that issue as well...too many things for the amount of crafting that goes on.
Why is your blog barely read anymore?! I still read! Did you lose readers when your blog became less about Star Wars?
I finally had to stop buying scrapbooking supplies. I love the idea of it all, but I usually only make a couple pages a year. I love stickers, too, but as my kids have outgrown them (so sad) I am trying not to buy any more. Your craft room is so nice, hope you find time to make some more.
I still love reading your blog too! I like it even more than before(since I am not a Star Wars fan myself :) Love your craftiness and I understand about not getting around to doing things. But when you do....I still enjoy them.
